Not at all. I will work with any lender you choose.

Most of the clients I serve relocate to or reside in Central Virginia although, I have served clients in Northern Virginia, Hampton Roads and as far west as Keysville, VA. I also frequent Charlottesville quite a bit if you need assistance there as well!

How long does it take to purchase a house from start to finish?

From offer acceptance to settlement, not including time searching for and viewing properties, on average it takes thirty days.

When can we begin to view homes?

Once I receive a copy of your pre-approval letter or if you are paying cash once I receive your proof of funds letter from your financial institution and you have signed a buyers agreement I can represent you and then we can begin to schedule showings and tour properties.
